Daniel led the field with 14 rebounds while scoring 11 points, 4-8 from the field and  3-3 from the line, in Lincoln University victory over Illinois-Springfield. Holding a lead by as much as 22, the Lincoln University men’s basketball team watched as Illinois-Springfield raced back to tie the game late in the second half, only to reel off an 8-0 run over the final two minutes to defeat the Prairie Stars, 76-68, Saturday afternoon inside Jason Gym.

With the pace of the game ratcheted up a few notches, UIS continued to hurry down the court without taking a timeout and missed another deep three-pointer, in which Lincoln turned into another two points, as junior forward Daniel Armah (Cape Coast, Ghana/Lakeland College) collected an offensive rebound off a missed lay-up for the putback and a six-point lead with just 22 seconds left and a lead the Blue Tigers would preserve.

We are proud of our boy achievement so far on the court and wish him well in his studies as well. Hoops on Fire!!!!!
